Geocache Description:

An easy grab & go, with an opportunity to compare notes about office locations

This cache is just outside my office (my windows are on the second floor at 855). This office is one of the nicest I've had, with great access to food and services on nearby Santa Cruz avenue. The windows offer sunlight and look out on trees.

In contrast, my office at the Quadrus center up on Sand Hill road was the most spectacular I've had, with great panoramic views of the mountains. Plus there was world class artwork on the walls. But is was the least conveneint, with not much around.

For my taste, I prefer workplaces with great access and OK views to OK access and great views. What are your tastes in workspace locations?

The worst offices I have been to combine lousy physical environments and poor access. An office in a cube farm with far away windows overlooking parking lots, all on a corporate site away from shops would be my least favorite. What is your worst office (or workplace)?

Some of the most fun to visit have been less offices and more workplaces, like power plants, factories and mills. Anyone have any good experiences and pictures with these workplaces?

When you find this cache, please include in your log some commentary on your workplace. I encourage commentary, pictures and coordinates, as I have illustrated in the gallery.
