Easy to access, but might take a few minutes to locate the cache. In a nice location that many don't know about. Wheelchair accessable except for the last 30 feet or so.
Ammo box. Original contents: Log book and pens, cache note, Rubik's cube (solved!) Coca-Cola mouse pad, insurance company duck toy, emergency blanket, "Bug-off" bracelet, travel bingo cards, rib cook-off button, emergency poncho, post-it notes, chattering teeth, Team Canada Travel Bug, ABC key chain, red flashing light, BIG playing cards.
