There is no access to this cache from E-470. However, the family
sedan should have no trouble driving within a few feet of the
cache. Once at the right area, you will be looking for a camoed jar
in an UPR - Unatural Pile of Rocks. The cache contains a log book,
pen and pencil, and is starting with a few trading items and a TB.
