This year we are bringing everyone outside for some fun in the sun.
For this year's CIGA June event, we will be holding it outdoors at
Meadow Valley Park in Washington, IL. We will be providing a few
pounds of brauts for the cookout, but ask that everyone bring your
favorite side dish to go along with the food cooked up on the
grills or even bring your own and we'll cook it up for you.
There will also be a GPS and paperless caching class for those
of you who would like to get to know your GPS a little better as
well us understand how to use the GPX Pocket Queries from
Geocaching.com. Peoria Bill and Gossamar will be hosting these classes.
* GPS Class begins at 10:00 AM for Garmin and Magellan
owners.
* Paperless Caching Class beings at 10:30 AM.
There will be some new caches placed in the area for the event
courtesy of scuba inst.
When approaching the park from Washington Road, the event is
being held on the side of the park that can be accessed from Ernest
Road, not Legion Road.
