All stages are on the 40th parallel. All are right next to a road, so this is a good rainy-day cache. Be prepared to take a driving tour of Manor Township. Difficulty of 3 because of road navigation, waypoints are plainly visible.
All coordinates are in Deg.Min.Sec

Each waypoint is pretty easy to spot, you shouldn't have to get out of your car.
