How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
This cache is a small lock and lock container and was initially stocked with toy turtles and frogs.
For the last several months, we have been listening to the 'Podcacher' pod cast (See www.podcacher.com ) as we travel from one cache to another. This pod cast deals with all aspects of geocaching, and the producers (Sonny and Sandy from San Diego, CA) work hard to make it both informative and fun to listen too. If you are not regularly listening to this broadcast, you should be!
During a recent pod cast, its 'slipped' out that Sonny's birthday was in mid-April. Actually, we suspect that Sandy (AKA, FoxTail) deliberately let this information out in an attempt to produce a response among PPC listeners. Well, we are easily provoked. So we decided to place a cache to memorialize Sonny's B-day. Our only regret is that we placed a full size cache at a scenic location. Sonny (AKA, iTrax) would almost certainly have preferred something less ornate. Probably something more like an Altoids can hidden in the insect infested skirt of a lamp post at a Wal-Mart. Well, maybe next year.
So, Happy Birthday iTrax, and thanks for all those great pod casts! Your efforts have done much to make geocaching a better sport.
