This is a tribute to the one and only Bullwinkle J. Moose. Go to the coordinates listed above and you will find his memorial, funny, I didn't even know he was sick! Once you find Bullwinkle, count how many antlers are on his memorial. Count carefully, some of them are very small. When you have come up with the answer, add the number to the following coordinates:

W083 42.(003)
This will take you to the final cache which is a location Rocket J. Squirrel would appreciate.
You're looking for a small to medium size Loc N Loc container which is cammoed.
