35MM Film- Grounded- Good Parking pull-over.BYOP

This Flood Control connects with the Feather River above Chester. It was built approx. 25 to 30 yrs. ago. Before it was built, the Town of Chester would get flooded during heavy run-off years. Large amounts of Water run down it almost every year. It has been a life saver for the town.
