Would you like to meet a real hero? Would you like to learn about extraordinary people? Grab the kids and the GPSr and head on over to this little mysterious journey. Cloak yourself in stealth and wear your thinking cap. Although this is a regular cache, there are no trade items. Please do not reveal any of the mystery in your logs.
This is a multi-waypoint cache. At the first waypoint, look for a HERO to help you solve this simple puzzle:

Look at the Hero's name:
A = total number of the letters in the first name plus 1
B = total number of the vowels in the entire name
C = total number of the letters in the last name
Look at the year the Hero was born:
DDD = the year minus 1100, plus 34
Checksum: If your math is correct, A + B + C + DDD = 863
*NOTE: This park opens at 10:00 AM Monday through Saturday. It closes its gates at 6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. It is open until 8 PM on Thursday and until 2:00 PM on Saturday.
