Geocache Description:

You will find an ammo box hidden under bark just off the marked Munday Brook Walk in the Pickering Brook National Park.
Parking for the start of the trail is near the Karagullen Oval.

Munday Brook was named after the area's Aboriginal Guardian. According to early writers,Munday was one of the leaders
of the Perth Aborigines and was the traditional owner of "Beeloo" - the land between the Canning and Helena Rivers
extending back into the hills.

Some of the Aboriginal names for places and things are still in use and include Jarrah, Marri,Wandoo, Mundaring, Kalamunda, Boya and Gunjin.
