Geocache Description:

This cache is located just off a paved trail system in the heart of Wasilla near Larson Elementary School. This is a nice place for taking a stroll with the family or playing a round of Frisbee Golf. Parking can be found at N 61 36.706 W 149 22.819

The idea for this cache came from our oldest hatchling. While shopping at her favorite national bargain store she noticed all of the great items one could purchase for a mere eighty-eight cents, (not including tax). So, we crammed an ammo box full of eighty-eight cent goodies, and left it near one of her favorite trails. This cache is great for the kiddies. Save the fancy swag for later, this is all about the eighty-eight cent bargain bin.

If you haven’t done so yet, grab that other cache. It is what introduced our family to this trail system.
