Geocache Description:

CONGRATULATIONS TO BUBBATONY ON FINDING HIS THOUSANDTH CACHE!!!! With a GRAND of caches under his belt, we feel that he deserves a cache in his honor in a very BIG container in an appropriately named city. FTF PRIZE IS A $5 GIFT CARD TO HALF-PRICE BOOKS!!!


Park at the Large Park N Ride at the coords listed below. Your cache adventure could be all done on trails or you could try to do it "Bubba-style" and just follow your arrow and bushwack after you get far enough down the original paved walking trail past the private properties. DO NOT CROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY!!

There is a very cool old house foundation at N40 17.965 W079 54.121. If you are caching with kids or having trouble finding a good route, I suggest staying on the paved trail until you are a few hundred feet from the foundation and start your journey up that way. When faced with a decision, choose UP.

Remember to bring water with you especially in the summer and take rests if you need to. This one will get your heart pounding, but I promise that the reward is great.

If you haven't gotten them, do Bubba's Revenge, Clairton Trail Cache, (this cache) and then King of the Hill in that order.
