Geocache Description:

I love this canyon so I decided Poudre Canyon needs a Travel Bug Resort and an easy cache to grab!

Use this Resort for travel bugs that want to go to remote locations you can't (or don't want to) access. Or use it as a place to just swap travel bugs! Feel free to take a travel bug if you don't have any to swap! Travel bugs should do just that...TRAVEL!

The Poudre Canyon Travel Bug Resort is an ammo box. It contains a log book and 3 travel bugs to start. There is a prize for the first 2 finders--an unregistered geocoin and a set of unregistered Travel Bug dogtags--so the finder can create their travel bugs. The FTF should choose one and then leave the other for the 2nd finder.

This is a very easy multi-stage cache. Once you arrive at the coordinates listed above, find the answers to the questions below, do some simple math, and you’ll have the coordinates to the Resort location.

North Coordinates:
Clue 1: The number of characters in the name of the “Catch and Release Fishing Only” fish plus the minimum age of anglers required to have a license. This number is the first part of the North coordinate.
A: The number of the TYPES of birds pictured at home in the mountains minus 1 (not the number of actual birds pictured)
B: Number of Leave No Trace tips
C: Number of tips given to look for wildlife “in the right way” plus 2
D: Third number in the year of the Wilderness Act description “What is Wilderness?” minus the first number of the year
E: Sum of the type of fish found in Joe Wright Reservoir and Barnes Meadow Reservoir?

West Coordinates:
Clue 2: Digits of the Canyon Lakes Ranger District added together multiplied by 2 minus 1. This number is the first part of the West coordinate
F: Of the 7 fish pictured, the number of fish labeled as “Trout”
G: Sum of the digits of the first mile marker where no camping or fires are allowed outside of the designated campgrounds minus 1
H: Last number of the last mile marker where no camping or fires are allowed in Poudre Canyon
J: Digits of the number mentioned in Aldo Leopold’s comment added together minus 1
K: How many campgrounds are found up Long Draw Road?
