An easily located cache in a regular container which can be done on
its own (parking co-ords below) or as part of the Rhynes &
Rails cache.
The cache site overlooks the distinctive hill of Brent Knoll which
stands 449ft above sea level, giving beautiful views of the
surrounding countryside. Originally an Iron Age Fort it was later
taken by the Romans to make a fortified position. The surrounding
area was held by the Glastonbury Abbey estates until the
Dissolution of the Monasteries in 1536.
Closest parking can be found at N51°15.031 W002°57.338
Please be careful of muggles as this is a popular area with
walkers....
