Knagur Green: Due to no response from the CO after the request to maintain or replace the cache, I am archiving it to, stop it showing on the listings and/or to create place for the geocaching community.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival. This is explained in the Help Center

Geocache Description:

A short detour off the Sabie to Graskop road.

Turn at the Wilgerboom sign and head a short distance down the road. The next turn to the left and again to the left. You should be able to park 25m or so from the cache.

The area surrounding the cache is not as magical as it once was when the Meerkats placed it. The forests surrounding the cache have been felled and the area burned.

I propose this be a "growing" cache and ask that those who log the find take a picture of the cache area and post it with their update and, as new pines are planted and grow, it will become an interesting document of the passing of time.

If you can't take a picture, no problem. Your update will still be appreciated.
