Be sure to check out a classic goverment boondoggle to the
Southeast of the cache location. Some might call this overkill for
a bike bridge over the root river.
Originally, the plan called for a parkway along this section of
the root river. The bridge was built, but the parkway was later
scrapped. As a child, the bikepath didn't exist. This area was were
the kids of the neighborhood played.
