This cache is located on the Quarry Trail (red blazes; .5
mile; 20 minutes). Geology buffs will love the outcrops of many
varied rocks and minerals found in our quarry. The quarry is also a
great area to observe ravens and raptors. The quarry pools,
including a larger pond, are important amphibian mating places
filled with toads, frogs, and newts. Access is from the Nature
Trail.
The cache is a oval shaped Tupperware container with Log book
and trade items. Beware of your surrounding once you leave the
trail there are loose rocks around. Please hide as found if not
better and remember to trade up to preserve the integrity of the
cache. Don’t forget to seek the Quarrying Times Earthcache
which is also nearby.
Because I royally messed up on this one... It is NO LONGER a
puzzle. The cache is a oval tupperware container 8x4x2 with a green
lid. Until my local approver changes the listed coordinates they
are N39 48.439 W77 25.082 (I'm pretty sure, this time).
