Geocache Description:

**This cache was previously placed by someone else and adopted - i am not aware how current the rest of the series are unfortunately.** Cache number 1 of the UNDERWORLD 8 series, all of which are, as the series title suggests, underground. *please don't get confused by the letterboxes here!*

Park at N50° 29.551 W4° 01.366

A small Talus cave on the south side of Sheepstor.
Tradition has it that Lord Elford evaded capture during the Civil war by hiding out in THIS cave and NOT this cave as first thought, oops!!!


The cave is easiest spotted from below. A triangle is formed by a holly bush, small tree and cave entrance.

The cache is a 500ml plastic container Please note there are Letterboxs in the cave, so do not get them confused !!!
