Alley Art 2 Traditional Cache

hansk: The cache container seems to leak now, and as I don't have a replacement of this type I've decided to Archive it.
But there is a silver lining- when I picked up the cache I found a toy FJ Cruiser in it! Now I drive an FJ when caching and have been looking for a model one or toy one for a long time so was most pleased to find it. Now to get that musty smell out of it.

Geocache Description:

An drive up cache in an urban setting.

Since hiding our first "Alley Art" cache we came across this artwork near an alley and decided to place this cache. This time the artwork is very public - the entire building is one hugh painting, highly visable near a busy intersection. The sign on the door says "The Places...art and design in public places". It's an EPCOR building but I'm not sure what it's for but I'll bet EPCOR paid some aspiring artist a few bucks to get this done; beats the usual grey metal siding buildings.
The cache has been placed so that it isn't really close to the building.
You are looking for a 1 liter container. No hints for now.
