JonGeocachesBigTime: Now that my Hofheimer series of caches are now almost two years old, I think that it is time to clear the space in the park for some new caches. This will give everybody in the area the chance to come back to the park and do some new caches, and walk on these trails again. So, i'm archiving all of my Hofheimer Caches (except the grotto cache because that was the first cache I ever hid) in order to make way for a new series that i'm putting out shortly. Thanks to all those who have found these caches!!!

This is the third cache in my series of caches hidden on the Hofheimer Nature Trail in Warren, New Jersey. The other caches in this series are...

***This Cache is also the first in a series of "All-Star Caches" that I will be placing. Read below to find out more about this series.

This is a two stage multi-cache placed on the Hofheimer Trail in Warren. For parking directions please refer to the directions in the listing for the "Beautiful Grotto Cache" or "The Hofheimer Trail" cache pages. Terrain rating is a two and a half because the trails can get a little muddy after heavy rain AND you WILL need to "reach" for a stage. I suggest that you avoid this cache after heavy rain.

*Notice* This was originally designed to be a three-stage cache (which is why the piece of paper w/ the coordinates for the final stage say stage 2) I had to cut off the last stage due to lack of time. Just didn't want to confuse you!

Now you may be wondering why I have titled this cache an "All-Star Cache" The reason behind this title is because I have decided to start a new series of caches dedicated to some of the geocachers who consistantly place AWESOME caches and may not get the proper thanks that they deserve.
I felt that it was unfair that so many great geocachers spend the time and effort to hide such fun caches and never have a cache named after them or never recieve a compliment on their effort aside from the online logs. Well I hope to help stop that! All my "All-Star Caches" will be multi's and each one will have a stage dedicated to a geocacher who I feel really deserves and extra pat on the back for all of their work. Without them geocaching would not be as much fun!

So I would like to dedicate the first stage of this cache to The Peconic Bay Sailors! The Peconic Bay Sailors hide some of the most clever and must entertaining caches so I attempted to hide my 1st stage in true "PBS Fashion" The PBS Stage is a "baby cache" from "And Now For Something Completely Different" (Thanks!!!) and it is hidden IN PLAIN SIGHT (Just like all the Peconic Bay Sailors Caches that I've found)

Inside the Baby Cache are the Coordinates for Stage 2 (The Final Stage) which is dedicated to Old Navy!!! Old Navy always hides great caches that are both well themed and fun to find. The Old Navy Stage was SUPPOSED to be an ammo box however I decided against it at the last minute to avoid muggle confusion. So instead I hid a regular sized container and tried to pack in as much stuff as I could.

I hope that you enjoy the cache and so do the "All-Stars" I've dedicated this cache to. I tried my best to do them justice but it wasn't easy! (It's the thought that counts)
