Geocache Description:


This cache is located at some country crossroads northwest of Chillicothe, Illinois. The cache is located on the public right of way. Please stay off of the nearby farm property. There is a steep, medium sized ditch increasing the terrain rating for this cache. Please do not try to cross this ditch as you can simply walk near it or around it.

It should be a short walk to a fairly simple find. You will need a pen or pencil to sign the log. You are searching for a traditional micro cache. The grass around the roads can get soggy after rain or snow. Try to avoid the steep, ditch at the crossroads. Please rehide the cache container carefully.

The recommended parking is on the west side of the south road. You could probably park in the grass on any of the roads at this intersection. The crossroads has very little traffic at most times. Parking could be more difficult after rain or snow. The coordinates for the recommended parking are
N 40 54.936 W 089 38.352
