Geocache Description:

Located at the Ham Creek boat ramp area west of Rio Vista. This can also be a side trip from Cleburne State Park if you desire.

A two stage multi with coords in a micro at stage one and an ammo can in the woods at the final.

This area is still being re-developed after many years of neglect. I think I have a good idea of where they are going with it all so I hope the stages will be ok. It appears their desire will be to leave most of the area in its natural state. That is ok with me as the cedars and rocky outcroppings are a welcome departure from the flatlands of the Metroplex.

Venture on down by the creek if you get a chance. The fossils found there are really neat.
