Geocache Description:

Nature Reserve

The Yorkshire Wildlife Trust have established this reserve quite near to the Reserve at Spurn. A wide variety of bird, butterflies and mammals may be seen on the Reserve and a leaflet describing it may be obtained from Andrew Gibson the warden at Spurn who suggested this as a suitable location for a new cache and I am grateful to him for that as it is such a peaceful spot - even the great wind generators at Easington don't spoil it. I hope visitors will explore the reserve and notice that there is access to the wood on the other side of the road.
It is almost a drive by though anyone in a wheelchair may find it difficult to actually reach the hiding place, though an able bodied companion could reach it for him. Please make sure it goes back well into its hideyhole and don't disturb the surroundings. Be careful with children as there is exposed barbed wire adjacent to the cache.
Enjoy!
