Geocache Description:

This cache was hidden as part of the Puttin' On The Blitz '07 contest and finished tied for 1st overall for Vancouver Island South and tied for 1st overall in British Columbia See results. It is our first cache and we had a ball making and planning it.

This cache had a cameo appearance in the ABC Mini series movie Impact 2008 starring David James Elliot (JAG) which aired on ABC June 21 & 28 2009, available on DVD. About 20 minutes into the film, as the star was talking on the cell phone, this cache was shown on the tree behind him, some fun specialfx were also applied to the baseball game scene filmed here.

For the royally athletic this cache is hidden in a centrally located urban recreational park with many amenities. Basketball, Tennis, Playground, Baseball, Soccer, Dog walking, Swimming Pool, Picnicking. At most times it is very highly trafficked by muggles and barkers so much stealth is required. Easily accessible with paved walkways, level ground, grass, parking and on a bus route. Water and washrooms can be found inside the swimming hole when it is open.

The cache is a camo’d 2inch by 6inch cylinder. The theme of this cache is all sorts of lucky coins and charms. We have started the cache off with some really lucky ones for the FTF cachers. Cache contains a log. Please swap out one for one and don’t plunder it, may the luck stay with you. Please be careful to put the cache back exactly as you found it (follow the instructions). If this cache needs maintenance at all please log it A.S.A.P.
