We recommend that you park in the small parking lot where our Flash
Dance cache (GCW92K) is located. Then take a short walk past the
closed road gate along the trail that passes through oaks, pines,
and cottonwoods. You can pick up our Majestic Oak (GC118YA) cache
along the way.
We did notice quite a few small, bright plastic orange balls
about the size of a dime littering the area along the trail and
discovered that they are paint balls, so watch out for muggles!
CAUTION
A geocacher's car was broken into on June
24, 2007. We list Flash Dance cache as a trailhead for this cache.
Use caution leaving a car unattended at this location. Flash Dance
cache is within view of the parking area. Majestic Oak and Cyclops
can both be reached by parking on the highway near the caches, but
terrain rating is a little higher as you will need to scramble down
the embankment alongside the roadway.
