Geocache Description:

On a leat providing wonderful views of the surrounding Pennine hills.

This cache is on a leat which runs from Redbrook Reservoir & can easily be accessed along a path from the highest point of the minor road to the north.

It is also next to a bridge which you only spot if you approach the cache along the leat. You won't spot it if you come along the nearby bridleway from the north east.

The leat is all pretty level walking with lots of hidden relics of the industrial past along the way.

You get great views of Pule Hill to the north & Shooters Nab to the north east, above the Colne Valley.
