This is an easy find after you find the correct coordinates.
This is a Mystery cache. The coordinates are 33.38.A0B and 112 24.C2 A. Number of golf courses in Sun City Grand B. Add together the last two digits of the year that Del Webb abd a partner bought the NY Yankees. C. the age of Del Webb when he contracted Typhoid Fever and was advised to move to Phoenix, AZ for his health. There is a parking area. It must be used! My GPS kept jumping around a bit, so the coordinates may be slightly off but it shouldn't be a problem at all. It is an easy find.
