Hidden between some of the highest dunes of the world. To get to this cache you will have to pay for a permit at the Sesriem offices. From there your travels will consist of 3 sections: (1) you travel on a tarred road to the parking area before the off-road section starts; (2) the next approximately 5 kilometers requires either a 4x4, or paying for the shuttle service, or hiking into the Sossusvlei area; (3) hiking the last about 1 km to the cache itself.
The cache is a small container. Please bring your own pen to log.
If you feel up to a challenge - CLIMB BIG DADDY! This is the high dune south east of the cache. Please write in the internet log if you climbed it and about your experience. Upload some photographs of you on top of Big Daddy if you want.
Remember to take along enough water and sunscreen and if you drive a 4x4 please stay on the existing roads!
