The Sackville Waterfowl Park is one of the most scenic and active
ares in all of Atlantic Canada. During the spring it becomes home
to thousands of migratory breeding waterfowl. This is the perfect
time of year to do our part and tidy up the park!
This event will be taking place on Sunday, May 6th - rain or
shine!
Cachers will meet at the Bridge Street Cafe at 9:00 am to get
their supplies and then head out to the park at about 9:15. The
cleanup will take place until 11:30 and we will head back to the
cafe to wash our hands, chat and have some coffee and vittles!
There will be some draw prizes and more info will be announced
shortly.
**Update** There have already been several geocoins donated
as draw prizes, as well as some swag from Landsharkz. The Town of
Sackville is providing the garbage bags, but you may want to bring
your own gloves.
