Caching With the Tide

We will be hosting this event on the Black Warrior River in
Tuscaloosa. This year should be even more exciting than last
year's event. We are planning a trip down the Black Warrior
River on the Bama Belle! "The Bama Belle is a modern day
replica of the grand paddlewheel riverboats which graced the
nation's river ways in the early 1900's". The ride will be a
1.5 hour long trip on the Black Warrior River. See link below
for more information about the Bama Belle.
Many more details to come, so please place this event on your
WatchList and be ready for more updates to follow. Bring your
chairs and arrive early for some mid-day fellowship and
GEOCACHING
stories.
Once we board the Bama Belle,
snacks and finger foods will be provided
along with water and sweet tea
(soft drinks and coffee are available on the
boat for $1.00 per drink)
. You are welcome to bring your favorite food, candy, chips,
etc. with you. The Bama Belle is equipped with a beverage bar
where you can fill up with your favorite soft drink, sweet tea or
water. Bring your stories and let's talk
GEOCACHING
! We have several new
CACHERS
in the Tuscaloosa area so please bring your
CACHING
stories to share with us all!
Due to the size of the paddleboat, we will have to
limit this event to the first 100
GEOCACHERS
that register for the ride. If you plan on attending, please

Pre-registration closes on Wednesday, June
27th at 5:00 p.m.
Walk-up registration on Saturday will be $15 per

We will have a good ole meet and greet with travel bugs to trade,
coins to swap and other trade items present at the event. If
you plan on caching in the area, feel free to ask any of the
locals to tag alone. We will be glad to assist you in any
way.
