You see in front of you a large field that held the incredible landmark of the Mill. Gone, but not forgotten.
It is hard to believe that the Paris Woolen Mill is no more. I remember visiting it about 20 years ago when it was in operation and again when folks were trying to renovate it for a future use. I own several blankets purchased in the retail store that stood next to the three employee houses that still stand in a row visible from the cache site.
I am looking for a good photo of the mill to put on this site, please let me know if you know where one is. Meanwhile, there is a photo of the inside with workers in the early part of the 1900"s in one of the notes.
