Sensitive devices of the Seismological Central Observatory in Germany have measured some activity in the surface of the Earth. First calculations show that the epicenter of the earthquake was somewhere in Luxembourg. As the magnitude of the earthquake was rather low the Senior seismologist is not interested in calculating the exact coordinates. However he can give you some premilinary results.

Senior seismologist advice you to use the following assumptions:
- This type of earthquake travels at a constant speed on the surface of the Earth.
- Use WGS84 standard to model the Earth
- Vicenty knows how to calculate distances
