This cache is dedicated to our 4-legged friends. The original contents are: tennis balls, doggy bandanas, poop bags & holder, travel water bowl and a Frisbee. FTF prize is a reflective leash. Please trade items for animals only (toys, bandanas, leashes, collars…). Please do not put treats or any sort of food product in the cache as wild animals can smell the goodies and can destroy the cache in an attempt to get to the food.
The cache is an ammo can hidden just off a trail at Hop Brook Lake Park. Hop Brook is a US Army Corps of Engineers park. We have received permission form the Corps to place this cache. The park is open from 8:00 a.m. – about a half hour before sunset or 8pm, whichever comes 1st. There is a fee $4.00 per vehicle to enter the park (fee booth is open the weekend before Memorial Day to the weekend after Labor Day from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Fee booth attendants and kiosks in the park usually have maps for you to use.
