Geocache Description:

A small lock & lock container hidden off the yellow trail, but not too far off. If you are just looking for this cache, the best place to start is by parking at the culvert lot (coordinates below). If you are looking for other caches, then you can start where ever you feel is best to start. Hop Along Cachedy is not far from here.
The original contents of this cache are: mini-beener, hand sanitizer, compass, Maine keychain lobster bottle opener, small 1st aid kit and Marine Corps bandana. There is a refreshing FTF prize as well.
The cache is hidden just off of a trail at Hop Brook Lake Park. Hop Brook is a US Army Corps of Engineers park. We have received permission form the Corps to place this cache. The park is open from 8:00 a.m. – about a half hour before sunset or 8pm, whichever comes 1st, from the 3rd Saturday in April until Columbus Day. There is a fee $4.00 per vehicle to enter the park (fee booth is open the weekend before Memorial Day to the weekend after Labor Day from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. During the off-season, there is a small parking lot you can park in and walk down into the park . For further details on Hop Brook Lake check out the following link: (visit link)

Fee booth attendants and park kiosks usually have maps for you to use.

Check out other caches hidden in the park. We believe there are a few President’s series letterboxes hidden in the park as well.
