This cache is located at a trailhead for North Table Mesa
North Table Mesa had a number of caches on it. Why not stop here to get an easy cache on the way up the trail? Note that while this is located at a trailhead, there is a trailhead at the end of the road, with very limited parking, which will take a few vertical feet off your climb to the top if the top is your destination.
As always in the foothills, be aware of the wildlife. This is mountain lion and rattlesnake territory. Act accordingly.
Update 09/13/2010-As gsundberg noted on his log, this trailhead is closed and you will need to drive to the end of the road to access the caches up on the mesa.
