Located above the higher of two fire break roads in the foothills above Farmington. An easy walk if you follow the firebreak roads, a steep hike if you take the direct route.
This cache is placed above a road where I enjoy mountain biking. There are two fire break roads in this area so I choose the "high" road. This one is much less traveled since there are road blocks to keep vehicles out. You can get there from North Compton Road and then head up hill when you see the road blocks by the water pump shed. There is also a foot/bike path heading south at the end of Bella Vista Drive. The road continues south until it meets Farmington Canyon on a flat area. Replaced the container with a large plastic bottle painted camo style.
