Geocache Description:

This cache is a plastic camo container

Enjoy this trek along one of Houston's many creeks. Once you get closer to the cache you will forget that you are in Houston. We spotted an armadillo, wild ducks, an alligator in the creek and even a pink flamingo (actually a Roseate Spoonbill). This is a pretty good walk from the nearest parking spot so prepared for a hike. The terrain however is pretty simple to navigate through.

ENJOY!

Started cache with a camo duck call, Cadillac collectors tin, some mardi gras beads and some other misc items.

EDIT: The FTF cacher mentioned seeing two animals the size of a German Shepard. While placing the cache we seen a herd of 8 to 12 of these animals but they were on the other side of the creek and too far to clearly make out what they were. At first we though they were a herd of cattle but they were way too small. Our best guess was that they were a herd of wild dogs or coyotes. If anyone gets a closer look at these animals and can figure out what they are (or get a picture) post it here and let us know. BE CAREFUL!
