MELSDAD: Melanie and I are very sad to have to close this cache for good. We are however happy that over the last 6+ years close too 220 people have enjoyed finding this cache with there children in this great park.

Due to someone stealing the container and it's contents, and mother nature taking her toll on the hide location archiving is the only option.

Look forward to Melanie hiding a cache of her own in the near future now that she is a little older.

Geocache Description:


This cache is hidden at the Round Hill Park & Exhibit Farm in Elizabeth, township. The 1,101 acre park is a great place to take the kids for a day of fun. The park is a real working farm with cows, pigs, chickens, goats, horses and sheep. Bring some bread with you to feed the ducks and geese at the pond. Aside from the farm there are several groves with pavilions and small playgrounds that provide a great place to have a picnic lunch and let the kids play.

My 3 year old daughter Melanie helped me hide this “Kids Cache”. It is hidden near one of her favorite playgrounds. The cache is a 50 caliber ammo can jam packed with lots of cool kid stuff. There is a first to find prize for the first girl to find the cache, and also a first to find prize for the first boy to find the cache. Please take only one of the FTF prizes per family. There is a camera in the cache to be used for taking pictures of your kids at the cache site. Please leave the camera in the cache for others to use. And, Please!! rehide the box as you found it. Have fun, trade fairly, and enjoy the park.
