What a dumb name for a road! Fish don’t live on hills! Country humor !
Yes, this was the Town of Wales dump. Every small town had a dump before the environmental laws forced the closing of these land fills. Usually located in a ravine that could be filled with whatever was collected. There is little danger that hazardous material was buried here.
Cache locted on a seasonal road, so don't try to find in the winter.
