This cache will lead you to two points of interest in New York
and Connecticut history. Over 200 years of controversy existed over
land between the two (then) colonies.

signs.

from the plaque on a rock in front of the house. READ THIS PLAQUE
CAREFULLY (especially for the first answer). You need:
