Since this year is the 30th Anniversary of "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", it seems only appropriate that I name a puzzle cache after one if its best known songs.

In preparation of this cache, I did a bit of research and discovered some interesting facts about this song. The song shifts timing from 3/4 to 4/4 during the chorus. It also shifts between musical keys, A, B-flat, and G. If you listen closely the underlying arrangement is made up of psuedo random noise.

I really like the song, but I didn't know any of those things. Now on to the puzzle:
