Built by Navy Seabees (CB416) in 1997; Known as Liberty Park,(Research Park) Planted with trout in the spring time. The only mercury free fishing area in Fallon. Saw 4 turtles in pond July 2021 & 2023. 12 mallards in pond 02 2024. NDOW didn't plant fish in pond in 2024 due to the duck weed covering the pond. County Recreation Dept said they are going to treat the algae in pond in September. I'm trying to get the Scouts to repair wood fishing platform and wood bridge across canal.
Look out for muggles, 2 containers are MIA
