This is a multi-cache that relates to the conflict referred to in the title. The coordinates given above are for a monument to the local persons who died in that war.
At the monument you'll need to make the following observations:
A = Number of men killed in the war.
B = Number of women killed in the war.
C = Number of letters in the first name of the second person listed.
D = Number of letters in the first name of the third person listed.
E = Number of words in the third line of the dedication.
The coordinates for the final stage of the cache are:
