You're looking for a small Lock 'n Lock. Bring your own writing utensil.
This cache is hidden in a nice quiet place along Old 31. The cache can NOT be found between sunset and sunrise and animals must be kept on a leash. (Other rules apply, please consult sign before entering.)
This cache is only big enough for 1 or 2 (at the most) small coins or TBs. There are a couple of small trade items as well.
