Welcome to South Charleston. Cache is at the bike hub in South Charleston.
The cache is a camo matchholder with only a log sheet. This area can be busy at times with bike riders and the such. Feel free to explore the surrounding area but there is no need to actually touch or go on or under the train cars. Please bring your own writing utensil and no night caching in this area.
