A small cache close to a parking spot 300m North of the shrine to Miss Dolores.
You will find parking for 4 or 5 cars at grid SK002761, the cache is not far from here. After bagging the cache, why not take the footpath south, signed for Erwood Hall, where after 300m you will discover the shrine to Miss Dolores. Apparently she was a member of the Spanish nobility who came over to teach the children of the Grimshaw family who lived in the nearby Erwood Hall. Miss Dolores died in 1889 & this shrine was erected in her memory. If you can spare 10 minutes it is really worth a look.
