Cache is located along the banks of the famous San Antonio Riverwalk. The terrain is fairly shady, so coordinates may bounce a bit. I'm adding 1/2 point to the difficulty due to the usual bouncy GPSr signals on the riverwalk. The cache is wheelchair accessible to within 20 feet of the cache. You are looking for a black container that is very similar in size to a 35mm film canister. No digging or rock turning is required.
The cache is located near the Southwest School of Arts and Crafts. There is free parking at the school, and the museum and gift shops are very interesting. The school is located at the former campus of the Ursuline nuns. The folks at the museum (free) will be glad to explain the rich history to you.
