This cache is located in the City of Sterling.The coordinates listed will take you to the first stage, and the final coordinates will be there. PLease do not walk thru the planters. Watch for muggles, they will be everywhere. There is a log book to sign, along with a few other small toys.
This Final is located near another cache, this cache is regular in size, the other is very small.
