Waniassa really high, its a bit of a hike but its worth it for the view, with a good track starting at S35 23.027 E149 07.131
I believe that this offers some really impressive views over the entire southern Canberra area, from over towards Hume all the way out to Banks and over Wanniassa towards Woden as well.
There is a wedge tail eagle in the general area if you are lucky you may get to see it hovering around I tried for a few photos but it was just a bit to far away. Last time I was up here it flew within a dozen metres of us crossing the peak, but no camera at the time.
There's some good initial trades in there so please come prepared also keep an eye out for muggles as there is a walking track nearby.
