Located at the boat launch in Sullivan with a short banking to climb. This site offers excellent views of Mount Desert Island, an adjacent dock, and often has boats moored just offshore. As the signs say, don't try to clam here without a license (do they worry about this in Nebraska?).
Many people drive by here and do not even know this public boat launch exists. You are looking for a medium sized lock and lock container that has been painted to blend in with the surroundings. As always, and because this is an area with frequent users, please take the time to rehide the cache so as not to be obvious. Enjoy the view!
